[Update] The 2nd Annual TSL College Fair

What is it?:  A College Fair held in the online world Teen Second Life. The virtual environment will allow teens and representatives from colleges and universities from all over the world to interact with one another-and no one needs to leave home! In addition to providing space for informal conversations, we will also have special speakers throughout the fair on topics such as college financial aid and how SL skills can transfer to RL.

When:  Sunday, October 12, 2008, 9 AM SLT to 3 PM SLT

JIRA – Estate Controls

Just been released by Periapse Linden in the TSL Gridnauts group:

The challenge of implementing the equivalent of estate controls for open grid login and teleport is what prevents TSL gridnauts from voyaging across to OpenSim regions.

I took the liberty of creating a JIRA, requesting that Estate controls be the next step for the development of the Open Grid protocol. Please consider voting for: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-3159
