Just been released by Periapse Linden in the TSL Gridnauts group:
The challenge of implementing the equivalent of estate controls for open grid login and teleport is what prevents TSL gridnauts from voyaging across to OpenSim regions.
I took the liberty of creating a JIRA, requesting that Estate controls be the next step for the development of the Open Grid protocol. Please consider voting for: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-3159
If you have other suggestions for next steps you can create your own similar JIRA and link it to the meta JIRA as I did for SVC-3159
